TUITION:
• All weekly tuition are due on Fridays for the first upcoming week. Payment must be
made in full by a late day of Monday at 9am, the official start of the week. Payments
submitted after 9am will incur a late payment charge of $20 - no exceptions.

or in person by cash.
The PS80Q Afterschool Program runs from 2:30pm to 6:00 sharp
All kids are to be picked up on time. If you know you are going to be late, please make arrangements for your child to be picked up by a family member or other. You will also be required to provide their name so that the child may be signed out by that person.
We are looking forward to a successful school year. This letter serves as an explanation of our payment policies. If there are any questions regarding your account, please make it your point of duty to either email or call the phone numbers provided. We promise to address inquiries promptly and efficiently. We are grateful for your cooperation, reliability and business. Please keep a copy of our policies for your record as well.
Tuition is expected for the days your child may be absent due to illness, family emergencies, doctor visits, hospitalization , vacations, or any other reason.
Please note that tuition rates does not change as long as the school is open. I understand that if my child is kept out of school on any day(s), I am still responsible for full payment for the week. I also understand that I must pay the scheduled rate even if my child doesn't attend the after school for that week.

The Registration fee is non-refundable and includes administrative fees, T-Shirt, sweat shirt, a bag, daily after school snacks, supplies, Pizza /food Friday's and other incidentals. This registration fee applies to all students.
